The suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Talon Anderson of Logan, Utah. He is currently on probation in Utah and his Probation Officer has been notified.

CRIME: RETAIL THEFT

One of the two guys in these photos is a suspect, the other is just a friend of the suspect. 

On April 11th at about 2:50 pm, the two males walked into Eli's and began browsing. A short time later, the one in the pinkish shirt exited the store, while the other one (our suspect wearing black) stayed in the store, removed his gray Crocs, and slipped on a pair of new boots and a new hat. He then exited the store without paying for the items. He was nice enough to leave his Crocs behind.

The suspect was seen leaving in a white PT Cruiser.

The total value for this theft was $262.10.
