Wallet theft at Harvest Meat Market

On February 5th, at around 11:50am, a wallet was accidentally left in a shopping cart at Harvest Meat Market in Lakeland.
The wallet was taken out of the cart by someone else, who has made no known effort to get the wallet to the victim.
Detective Mitchell from the PCSO would like to speak to the man in the photo about this case. The white male in the photo left in the pictured white Volkswagen Tiguan.
